Mr. Yu Maoyang, the secretary of the Party Committee, led a delegation to pay University of Art and Design Helsinki in Oct 2004 an academic visit and held a friendly talk with Ms. Eija Salmi, Head, Secretary General of International Affairs CUMULUS European Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media. The delegation also visited the workshops of University of Art and Design Helsinki.
