School of Digital Art and Communication

  School of Digital Art and communication was set up in 2003 to meet the widely demands of the digital arts designers from the modern society. There are 3 majors of photography, cartoon and drama, movie & television art design, including photography, cartoon, movie & television arts and digital movie and television arts 4 specialties. There are photography lab and cartoon lab; among them the photography lab is the first class lab in Shandong province. The school emphasized on cultivating the complex talents with multiple abilities, and insisted on the combining of the digital technique with art design to realize the integration of products and studying with research. Each major belongs to the four-year system undergraduate course with the Bachelor of Arts.

  All the majors in the school belong to the forward ones with the reasonable personnel structure. There are 12 teachers, including 3 professors and associate professors. The school cooperated with Shandong television station to share the resources and make full use of the modern technical equipments and practical media to ensure the teaching quality.
