REGISTRATION PERIOD

The registration fee covers access to the whole program and all social events from July 3 to July 5 as described in the Program section of the official website.

In order to register as a student, you are required to present proof of the student status. Please scan your valid student card and email it to MA Simin at cumulusjinan@sdada.edu.cn simultaneously with your registration.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation cost of two participants from a Cumulus member institution will be covered by Shandong University of Art and Design from July 3, 2008 to 12AM July 6, 2008. The hotel for this seminar is Jinan Shungeng Hillview Hotel (provisional).

The seminar venue is about 40 minutes by car away from the downtown hotel. It is easier if all participants live in the same hotel, taking the transfer bus together to and from the seminar. If you are the third or fourth participant from a Cumulus member institution or you are from non-cumulus institutions, please email your name and passport number to MA Simin at cumulusjinan@sdada.edu.cn simultaneously with your registration. We will book the same hotel for you at discounted rates.

Lunch and supper in July 3, July 4 and July 5 will be covered by Shandong University of Art and Design, as long as you have paid the registration fee.

Before June 20, 2008
- Cancellation: registration fee will be refunded if the payment has been already done, minus the banking cost.
- Permutation: replacement of one person by another one from the same organization with the same status is permitted.
After the June 20, 2008
- Cancellation: there will be no refund.
- Permutation: replacement of one person by another one from the same organization with the same status is permitted.
On-Site
Please bring the original registrant's receipt with you. Otherwise, the person coming to the seminar will be charged the on-site registration fee.
